Ever since I downloaded PicFrame on the recommendation of a friend, I’ve been using it more and more, not only to present shots but also in their composition. I’ll be looking at something and thinking of three or four photos pieced together, instead of just one. Easy diptychs, triptychs, quadtychs, etc.
Not bad for a buck.

So Jeff gave Evan and I a pack each of these remarkable Zen Magnets for Christmas (thanks Jeff!). They’re pretty damn fun, but I’m still learning what I can do with them. Any suggestions?

In honour of my friend Amanda, who had to be evacuated out of her apartment this weekend because of her landlord’s ineptitude, I present this shot. Taken awhile ago, true, but still; Amanda likes setting up shots, so on this night in particular we had some wine, Jenga, and a small movie projector (seen below).
